Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and personal care considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate wear products once they have been delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hoursof delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not normally issued in cash.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be provided in the form of:

  • SheInner Store Credit

  • Gift Voucher

  • Coupon Code

These can be used for future purchases on our website.

In exceptional cases where SheInner determines that a monetary refund is necessary, the refund may be processed via bank transfer, which can take 7–10 business days to reflect in the customer's account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Panties

  • Briefs

  • Underwear

  • Intimate bottom wear

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Promotional or clearance products

  • Bundle offers

  • Products purchased using discount codes

The only exception is if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, delivery fees, return shipping costs, and re-delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred due to an error on the part of SheInner.

Right to Refuse

SheInner reserves the right to approve or decline any return or refund request based on product condition, order history, and the circumstances of each case.
